This image was created in the camera - Photoshop was not involved.
A small piece of transparent plastic bag was stressed and then photographed through two linear polarisers - one in front and one behind. The polarisers are set with their planes of polarisation at right angles. The effect is to convert the stresses in the plastic bag into colours.
